Firm History
Wong Fleming is a minority-owned law firm that was established on May 1, 1994 by Linda Wong and Daniel Fleming. The firm's first offices were located in Edison, New Jersey. The firm's client base grew and expanded across the region, resulting in the opening of Wong Fleming's first branch office in Philadelphia in 1997. The firm opened its second branch office in New York City in 1999. In 2001, Wong Fleming moved its New Jersey offices to Princeton in response to the increasingly statewide breadth of the firm's client base. Today, Wong Fleming serves corporate and individual clients throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Our Philosophy
We believe that the interests of our clients are best served by a diversity of people, with strong advocacy while maintaining high standards of professional conduct. Wong Fleming attorneys vigorously pursue their clients' interests with civility to the bench and fellow members of the Bar. We are guided in all of our decisions by an absolute, irreproachable sense of integrity without compromise to the interests of our clients.
The firm is committed to the promotion of diversity in the legal profession, as well as to ongoing professional education and lifelong learning. Given the ever-changing status of the law, our attorneys participate enthusiastically in continuing legal education, both as students and as teachers.
Our attorneys are committed to a wide range of community, political and charitable activities. We encourage this commitment since participation in such activities fulfills the responsibility the legal profession owes the public and bolsters trust in the legal profession. Compassion for others is what motivates us in our practice and in our personal lives.
Wong Fleming is certified as a minority and/or women business enterprise by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and various public entities throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
