Associate Florelee Wan will serve as a speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Fall CLEfest on November 21, 2016 in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The presentation, “Keys to Jury Selection,” is part of a full day program presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Ms. Wan, a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Jury Selection in Civil and Criminal Trials, will present a review of recent case law decisions on directives, standard questions, waiver, laptop issues, regulating juror conduct, expedited trials and expedited voir dire.
Ms. Wan is a litigator who handles complex commercial litigation matters, representing primarily Fortune 500 companies. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, products liability, and creditors’ rights. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a past president of the New Jersey Asian Pacific American Lawyers’ Association.
