Greg Johnson of Wong Fleming P.C. spoke at the 10th Annual School Law Conference

NJICLE to present the 10th Annual School Law Conference in cooperation with NJSBA School Law Committee February 27, 2013.  This comprehensive program features a case law and legislative update, a timely discussion on compelling school law issues, and entirely new workshops focusing on specialized areas of school law involving harassment, intimidation and bullying; teacher tenure; the use of restraints and seclusions in schools; the education stability act; and parent and school district’s rights and responsibilities when parents are divorced.

Gregory Johnson, a partner in Wong Fleming’s Princeton office, will be speaking at the 2013 School Law Conference on the “Use of Restraints and Seclusion in School.”  Greg’s presentation will provide guidance for school administrators and personnel on current legal authorities in the areas of school discipline and use of restraints and seclusion.  Greg represents New Jersey boards of education and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and education law.

This is the largest annual school law seminar in the state of New Jersey.
