Cara Solina is an Associate at the Princeton office of Wong Fleming

Wong Fleming, a national  law firm, is proud to announce that Cara Solina has joined the firm as an Associate in its headquarters in Princeton, NJ. Ms. Solina is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining Wong Fleming, Ms. Solina worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). While there, she provided advice on FINRA guidelines and regulations in securities arbitration proceedings, drafted final arbitration awards, and ensured the compliance of arbitration party submissions. Ms. Solina began her legal career as a Judicial Clerk in the Superior Court Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, Camden County.

At Wong Fleming, Ms. Solina will be concentrating her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Solina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from Cardozo School of Law.

When she is not working, Ms. Solina enjoys finding the perfect lighting for her cameras, trying to replicate recipes from her favorite restaurants, and her cat named after a popular soda brand.
