James Haney named Partner at Wong Fleming, P.C.

James K. Haney has been named Partner at the Princeton law firm of Wong Fleming, P.C.   Mr. Haney, who concentrates his practice in commercial and employment litigation, has been an Associate at Wong Fleming since 2000.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 with a double major in chemistry and history.  He received his J.D. from St. John’s University in 1991 and his MBA from Seton Hall University in 1998.

 

Mr. Haney is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He has presented on numerous legal topics, most recently on Advanced Civil Practice Pointers in Federal and State Court in Pennsylvania, as well as on Aligning Your Practice with the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.  He has also lectured on Fundamental Issues in New Jersey Human Resource Law and Federal Court Rules and Procedures in New Jersey.  Mr. Haney has also written and presented extensively on paralegal management, for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education and for the Institute of Paralegal Education.
