Daniel J. Capecci is an Associate in the Firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Products Liability and Mass Tort Litigation, Trial Insurance Defense and Coverage, and Employment and Labor Law.
Mr. Capecci is a graduate of Drexel University’s six-year accelerated BS/JD program. Mr. Capecci received his bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in 2012, where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He then went on to receive his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in 2014.
Prior to joining Wong Fleming, Mr. Capecci was an Associate in the Banking & Financial Services Department of a large law firm, where he managed a full caseload of mortgage foreclosure actions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also served as a dual law clerk for the Office of the Superior Court Clerk – Office of Foreclosure, and for the Honorable Paul Innes, Presiding Judge Chancery Division.
