Partner Barron Stroud to Attend the United States Patent and Trademark Office 10th Anniversary Design Day 2016.

Barron91714bOn April 19, 2016 Partner Barron Stroud will attend the USPTO 10th Anniversary Design Day in Alexandria, Virginia.  At the event, United States Patent and Trademark Office Design Examiners, Managers, Design Patent Practitioners and Industrial Designers will discuss all aspects of design patents, from conception through enforcement.  This is a key conference for attorneys like Barron who focus their practice on intellectual property matters.

The event is co-sponsored by AIPLA, the IP Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA-IPL), the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  Barron is a partner in Wong Fleming’s Washington, DC office and he is the Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, the Products Liability and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group and the Intellectual Property Practice Group.  He concentrates his practice in business and intellectual property disputes, labor and employment law matters, and entertainment and sports law.
