Aaron Wrisbon is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating his practice on litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and intellectual property.
Mr. Wrisbon has litigated matters for the Durham County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting charges under North Carolina’s criminal laws. He has extensive experience in global trademark and domain name enforcement, intellectual property counseling, and regulatory matters. He has handled trademark portfolio management for one of the world’s leading technology companies, including responding to international office actions, filing Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints, and advising on naming clearance and enforcement strategy.
Mr. Wrisbon earned his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
