Latoya R. Concepcion is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating her practice on litigation, employment and labor law, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
Ms. Concepcion brings a strong foundation in complex litigation, built over nearly twenty years of experience on high-stakes matters spanning antitrust, consumer protection, and civil rights matters in the private sector before becoming an attorney. She has served as an attorney at a firm focused on education and disability rights, handling special education matters, developing trial strategies, preparing witnesses, and conducting audits. She also practiced at a litigation firm handling high-profile federal antitrust and class action matters, assisting with pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing document review teams, and supporting witness preparation.
Ms. Concepcion earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she received the Helen and Andrew Dokas Memorial Award for Excellent Achievement and an Advocacy Certificate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and an ABA-approved Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College. She also holds a Master of Professional Studies in Paralegal Studies from The George Washington University.
