Wong Fleming, a national law firm, is proud to announce that Margot Carolan has joined the firm as an Associate in its headquarters office in Princeton, NJ. Ms. Carolan is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Tennessee.

Ms. Carolan has extensive experience representing skilled nursing facilities in matters involving Medicaid eligibility, collections compliance, and guardianship proceedings. She has assisted clients in securing payor sources for residents and navigating complex regulatory requirements under state and federal law. Her background also includes experience in litigation support and real estate matters, as well as prior work reporting for Memphis-area business and lifestyle publications.

At Wong Fleming, Ms. Carolan will be concentrating her practice in the areas of litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

Ms. Carolan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in News from the University of Memphis.

When she is not working, Ms. Carolan enjoys spending time with family, particularly her 2-year-old son Louie.
