Jaimy L. Rothschild Rippe is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating her practice on commercial and insurance litigation, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

Ms. Rippe has extensive experience handling complex insurance coverage, regulatory, and risk-related matters in both the public and private sectors. Her work includes insurance coverage litigation and regulatory analysis under the National Flood Insurance Program, advising on fraud, claims handling, and federal preemption issues, as well as directing risk management strategy and multi-statutory compliance for federal disaster programs. She has also advised multinational clients on insurance-backed investment structures, political risk insurance, reinsurance, and cross-border compliance.

Ms. Rippe has practiced internationally across Africa, Europe, and the United States, advising on insurance regulation, taxation, investor protection, and public-private partnerships. Her background includes drafting legal opinions and conducting due diligence on cross-border transactions and emerging market investment risk, as well as work with international organizations, multinational law firms, and nonprofit entities.

Ms. Rippe earned her Juris Doctorate, with concentrations in International Law & Policy and Taxation, from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with minors in Political Science and Technical Document Writing, from the University of New Haven.
