Caitlyn Moniz is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating her practice on litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
Ms. Moniz manages active litigation matters for creditors’ rights cases, including drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing case files to determine litigation strategy that will serve the interests of the firm’s clients. She handles motions, coordinates litigation workflows, and monitors case progress to ensure alignment with firm and client expectations, while contributing to client advocacy across various stages of litigation.
Ms. Moniz earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Justice, Law, and Society, from the University of Rhode Island.
