A leading national law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our finance team. In this full-time, in-office role, you will work closely with our finance director to assist with a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and general office management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and recording day-to-day financial transactions, including vendor bills and invoices
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Performing general office administration tasks such as filing, conflict checks, and opening new matters
  • Utilizing your advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office to effectively manage financial data and reports

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency with numbers
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
