Wong Fleming seeks a Rhode Island-licensed attorney to work remotely for its headquarters office in Princeton, NJ. Candidate must be able to collaborate with clients and other members of the firm, and have an appreciation for all aspects of the practice of law and the business interests of our clients. Requirements
- Admitted to Rhode Island
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Salary pay range
- $80,000 – $115,000 per year
