Carolan, Margot

Margot Carolan is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating her practice on litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

Ms. Carolan has extensive experience representing skilled nursing facilities in matters involving Medicaid eligibility, collections compliance, and guardianship proceedings. She has assisted clients in securing payor sources for residents and navigating complex regulatory requirements under state and federal law. Her background also includes experience in litigation support and real estate matters, as well as prior work reporting for Memphis-area business and lifestyle publications.

Ms. Carolan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in News from the University of Memphis.
