Benjamin Gray is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating his practice on litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
Mr. Gray has advanced environmental policies promoting Tribal sovereignty as Policy Lead for the National Congress of American Indians Institute for Environmental Sovereignty and handled complex regulatory matters. He developed litigation skills through his externship at the ACLU of Vermont and his clinical work at the Institute for Energy and the Environment. His background also includes research and publication in environmental and biological sciences, as well as judicial experience as a law clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court.
Mr. Gray earned his Juris Doctorate and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School, where he received the Academic Excellence Award for International Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Anthropology from Mount Allison University.
